I understand that hair color is a customized service and that the final result may be affected by my hair’s previous color history, chemical services, texture, porosity, condition, natural pigment, and previous product applications.

I understand that honesty about my hair history is essential to achieving the safest and most desirable result. I agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding previous color, lightener, relaxers, perms, keratin or smoothing treatments, henna, direct dyes, temporary colors, box color, or other products that may affect my hair.

Product selection and hair-color formulation are determined according to my individual hair needs and the professional practices used during my service.

I understand that while Yvonne Davis strives to provide the requested hair-color service and desired result, the exact color outcome cannot always be guaranteed when the condition or history of the hair limits what can safely or realistically be achieved.

The best desired results are achieved through:
